📦 Shipping & Handling Policy

At Arcane Figure Works, every order is carefully packed to ensure your resin figure kit arrives safe and sound.

We ship worldwide to most countries.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and package weight.

We use Pirate Ship to access discounted rates from trusted carriers like:
- USPS (domestic and international)
- UPS
- Asendia (for affordable international options)
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout — no hidden fees.

Each figure kit is carefully:
- Wrapped in protective bubble wrap or cushion material.
- Packed in sturdy, double-walled boxes designed to handle international shipping.
Fragile parts are individually protected to minimize risk during transit.

Unpainted Kits: Ships within 3–5 business days.
Painted/Custom Orders: Processing times vary based on the project and will be communicated clearly.

All orders come with tracking information which will be emailed to you once the package ships.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country.
We mark packages accurately to avoid issues at customs.

No Returns on Opened or Assembled Kits: Due to the nature of unassembled DIY kits, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged in transit or the wrong product was received.
Damage Claims: If your item arrives damaged, please provide clear photos within 7 days of delivery. If the damage is confirmed, replacement parts or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, we will work with UPS tracking to help resolve the issue. However, we are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by the carrier.

Processing Time: Each figure is made-to-order with 3–5 business days needed for production before shipping.
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order will have entered production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

No custom orders at this time. Each figure is sold as a standard unassembled kit with no modifications available.
