1. What materials do you use for your 3D printed figures?

We use Water Washable 2.0 Beige Resin for all of our prints. This high-quality resin provides fine detail and durability, making it perfect for collectible figures. Each model is printed with precision and then carefully sanded to ensure a smooth finish.

2. Are the figures painted or unpainted?

All of our figures are unpainted and unassembled when shipped. This gives you the flexibility to paint and customize the model however you like. We also offer pre-sanding for easy assembly.

3. How do I assemble the figures?

Each figure comes in parts that need to be assembled. We carefully ensure the parts fit together properly. Any hobby super glue that says its suitable for plastic will work just fine!

4. Do you offer custom prints or special requests?

Currently, we offer a selection of pre-designed figures, but we’re open to discussing custom prints or special requests. If you have a specific model in mind, please feel free to reach out to us!

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times can vary depending on the size of the order and the current workload. Typically, it takes about 1–2 business days to process and print an order. After that, shipping time depends on your location, but it generally takes 3–5 days for domestic orders.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

No - At this time we only ship within the United States.

7. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We take great care in packing and shipping your order, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at with a photo of the issue. We will ship out replacement parts or offer a refund.

8. Can I cancel or change my order?

We strive to process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel an order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, it may be too late to make any modifications.

9. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We offer refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, so please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

10. How should I paint these prints?

We recommend using acrylic model paint on top of a coat of primer. To preserve your paint job, we recommend finishing with a layer of varnish or sealant.
